Fees & Rebates
Standard appointments are 50 minutes in duration and offered via telehealth.
Session fee: $225
Medicare rebates are available with a valid referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. Eligible clients can claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants (unfortunately we cannot support NDIA-managed participants). Services must be funded under an appropriate NDIS support category. Please confirm your funding type, budget available, and support item before booking.
Eligible clients may access limited rebates through a GP-managed Chronic Disease Management plan.
Rebates may be available through your private health fund depending on your level of cover. We are unable to process private health rebates directly. However, you may claim these independently with your insurer where applicable.
Psychology services may be funded through third-party providers such as WorkCover or other approved funding bodies. Where applicable, sessions may be billed directly to the relevant organisation.
Reports, letters, and other non-session services may incur additional fees. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the session time to be offered to another client. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, including non-attendance, will incur a cancellation fee as outlined below. Please note that Medicare, WorkCover, and private health funds do not provide rebates for cancelled or missed appointments. Automated appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. The cancellation policy remains in place regardless of reminder receipt. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
