Rachel Lim - Registered Psychologist

Welcome to Stable Psychology! I'm a registered psychologist with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in private practice.

I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered in their therapy journey. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, working alongside you to identify what’s important and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. My work draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

I support clients with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and relationship or interpersonal difficulties.

Above all, I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make that process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible.
