Frequently Asked Questions
Appointments are currently available on Fridays between 8:30am and 4:30pm (last appointment starting at 3:30pm). Limited Saturday appointments may also be available. Please complete the enquiry form to check current availability.
For new clients, we ask that you contact us via email or complete the enquiry form before booking your first session. If availability allows and it appears to be a good fit, you will be invited to create a profile and book your first appointment via the online client portal. Once your initial appointment is scheduled, you will receive a welcome email with intake forms that must be completed prior to your first session.
Online booking through the client portal is available for existing clients, who can continue to schedule appointments directly.
You do not need a referral to access therapy. However, if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP before your first session. Alternatively, some private health insurance policies provide cover for psychology sessions.
